Mike Webb’s Temple Island

In this lecture by Mike Webb, you will find his explanations about the Temple Island project we showed yesterday, circa the 40′ mark.
He explains how he used the photograph, ie the image and not the actual space, as his site and manipulated it to test the relationship of time, as well as distance, to the page. By doing so he tests and challenges the conventions of traditional architectural perspective. To be watched several times again.
